Sis. Enis was always jovial. Her smile made you feel special whenever one spoke with her. Even during her illness it was a pleasure to speak with her.
A stalwart has been taken to rest but her gestures, kind ways and warm smiles will not be forgotten.
Condolences to the family. Mama taught you well.

Sister Enis Davis was a beautiful soul, truly one of the great mothers in Zion, not only to her children but to all children both in Sav church and in her community . Alongside that beautiful Alto voice, she had a great sense of humor and would greet everyone with that winsome smile of hers...Her laughter was infectious...We cannot forget her puffed cheeks, her warm welcoming hugs and her sweet cooking... Sister Davis was just a beautiful soul.. She was a God fearing woman who was well loved... she will be greatly missed...
It's hard to think of sister Davis without coupling the memory of her sisters and sparring partners the late sisters Butler,Turner and Cox, along with the all time famous Sav. church tenor extraordinaire Rupert Hudson...
Sav church has lost another heroine.. Today is convention day, and how can we forget the intensity of the competition of the choirs at convention ..and the contribution of the afore mentioned Quartet in the choir...pleasant memories ..We are blessed to have known and grown up around sister Davis and all the Patriots who preceded her...We look forward to the great gathering day when the Trump shall sound and the dead in Christ shall rise .. O what a glorious day that will be...Until then ...let us be faithful... my deepest condolences to the family...weep not as those without hope...But let us keep hope alive, hope in the coming of the Lord.
