Dearest Aunt Etta I will cherish the memories of our laughter filled chats which continued until two days before you left us. I cherish the memory that your last plane trip was to visit us here in Canada. Sneaking you bulla cakes and how we laughed when Vilma caught us! So happy that we feted you on your 99th so you were able to hear all the nice things said about you.Have a wonderful reunion with my mother and your other siblings there in heaven!

For the greatest aunt in the world. She was my light when I came to this country. She always encouraged me and pointed me in the right direction. She was never shy about giving advice and without her I would not have had a foundation from which to leapfrog when I came to this country. I am just happy that I had an opportunity to share my feelings for her, with her before her demise. Rest in peace Aunt Etta, you are gone but you will never be forgotten.

Aunt Etta was one of the most nicest people I have ever met. She was soft spoken and always willing to help. I will always be eternally grateful to her for helping with my daughter during her toddler years. I’ll miss seeing her on the porch watching her favorite evening shows Jeopardy and wheel of fortune. You are at rest Aunt Etta and although you are no longer physically here with us, you will ALWAYS be in our hearts and memories.
