I worked with Tom at Lee's Art Shop in 1987 for several years. I was in customer service and Tom was the manager. I learned so much about sales from him. His customers weren't customers they were friends. He was a funny smart business man. I spoke to him a few months before he passed and told him how much I respected him and how well loved he was by everyone. I wanted to express my condolences years later to his family.
