Frank was a stalwart in the Brown family with his gregarious chuckle, and personable demeanor. I met his cousin Maxine in 1973, and although he had already migrated to the USA, his name was a household word as one of her favorite cousins. When I finally migrated to the U.S.A. in 1974, I connected immediately with him, Vivette (RIP} and Yvonne, his sisters. Maxine and I married in 1975, she joined me in The USA, and we bonded closely with RE's Brown's clan who all resided in New York City. It was an alliance I will cherish forever. As stated in his obituary, Frank was an avid sports fan and ace mechanic, who always gave first-hand advice on the condition of my Dad's Ford. As he met the rest of my extended family, we endeared ourselves to him and his contagious chuckle. The last time we met was at his cousin's and my brother-in law's (Audley's) homegoing service in 2014. Audley is so lucky to have one of his favorite cousins join him at the right hand of the heavenly father. There will be laughter in heaven, and it is going to be a very good year for all the faithful departed. Rest in peace until we meet again our brother.

Go’s has opened his arms and wrapped them around Sweet Frank. He no longer knows the limits of this terrible illness and is free of all its crippling effects. He stands now next to his beloved Monica and surrounds her with his love in hopes of comforting her during her sorrow. I am blessed to have witnessed such love and devotion. God Bless you dear Frank and rest in the love your Monica and family shared with you. You will hold a place in my heart forever.
